Veronica Lepetich – CEO – I am a wife and a mother of a son, me and my husband Mark always wanted to have a business together so we decided to start this company from the ground up. My background is in purchasing and having had a company of my own prior to this I am well versed in how to grow a company. Due to the Covid pandemic I had to close my craft business and worked for a retail company. But now we have started this company to help others fulfill their dream of home ownership.
Mark J. Lepetich – Inspector - I have 16 years in the construction field. I started as a Timber Framer then moved to Historical barn restoration. After that working for the Premier Foundation Repair company as an estimator, I have 14 years as an inspector for structural inspections. After going to American Building Inspections & Training Company and then getting my License, I am better to serve you. As of 2022, my wife and I decided to start this company so that we can help others with their homeowner needs.
