Home Inspection
$400
A home inspection observes and reports on the condition of a real estate property, usually when it is on the market to be sold. Home Inspection and Radon Test
$550
A home inspection observes and reports on the condition of a real estate property, usually when it is on the market to be sold. A qualified home inspector assesses the property's condition, including its heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical work, water, and sewage, as well as some fire and safety issues. Radon is a colorless and odorless gas formed by the decay of uranium in soil and rock. Radon can enter the home by moving through concrete cracks and common building materials like wood and sheetrock. Over time, radioactive radon gas can build up, leading to poor indoor air quality and health issues for you and your loved ones.
Commercial Inspection
$550
The goal of a commercial inspection is to provide the client with the information they need to enter into transaction negotiations with as much power in their possession as possible. In a negotiation, knowledge and documentation are power. Gathering this information is the process of due diligence and where commercial inspectors play a key role. The due diligence provided by commercial inspectors will vary, sometimes substantially, with the nature of the transaction. Variables may include building age, type, use and location. Although the client must make the final decision on what services will be supplied, the expertise of the inspector in providing advice and insight may be crucial. Background for providing this advice may require a preliminary inspection by the inspector, the inspector’s subcontractors and, sometimes, the building’s maintenance personnel.
